I have his will. It is far too long to copy onto here. The site tells me to shorten it. Impossible to do so without it not making sense.

Memorial inscription - if any

There is a small stone in the grounds of the former RC chapel at Heythrop. This is now on private land. The stone is very worn and you can just about read the names of Thomas and Lucy. Thomas date of death is readable as December 1851 and but date not readable for Lucy.
