Default Help with name in will, please

http://search.findmypast.co.uk/recor...hs%2f748102913

Could someone with access to FMP please tell me what they think the word in the first line before "Hollingworth Hall" is? I have my own idea but I'm not sure.

This book mentions the "Old or Near Hall" (page 227) so I think it must be some variant of "Near". The same word appears on line 10 of the will too. Neerver, maybe?

Edit - Oh, or the line 10 one could be "Neewer" but the one on line 1 certainly seems to have an r in the middle as well as the end.

If you google for Nearer Hollingworth Hall, some results do come up calling it the Nearer Hall.

Ooh, thanks! This will is for the brother of OH's ancestor. There are quite a few words in there that are difficult, mainly place names and names of rooms!

Apparently there were many Halls in the area, and there was more than one Holllingworth Hall, hence the distinction being made. There were lots of Hollingworths!
