Ancestry Problems?
I have just renewed my sub to Ancestry after 4 months and I've yet to view an image. I can search and get results OK but no images. Is it me or is anyone else having problems?

It's working o.k. for me, Sue. They have had messages up saying that certain functions on the site may not work with old versions of browsers.

Just remembered - if an image won't load, you can click on "Tools" in the image viewer and untick "Use enhanced images" to see if that makes the difference. Also it may have an option to "Switch to basic viewer" that you can try.

It's slow to load images for me. I had to retry one, but then it came up quite quickly.
