A problem with Protools

I've found a relation 60cM in common and have worked out our mutual ancestors.
Thought I'd upgrade to Protools as, besides the possibility of an NPE, there are the descendants of six sisters to work through.

But when I click on upgrade to Protools, I get a blank screen.
This could be

1. My laptop
2. Ancestry glitch
3. Protools no longer available

Does anyone else have this problem?

Ancestry has been playing up over the past 24 hours so it might be a glitch. Try again later.

It's annoying when you have paid and only have a certain time frame to work in.

It clearly was an Ancestry issue. Can at last upgrade, though as I've sorted out the issue (with the fifth sister I investigated!) I no longer need the Protools.
