Leeds Archives have Yorkshire wills for part of North Yorkshire (Archdeaconry of Richmond), as well as some parts of West Yorkshire so not all of Yorkshire is held at BI. Leeds have recently added the North Yorkshire wills to their online catalogue, i've found lots of rellies on there lately. Not sure if they've done the same for the West Yorkshire or if they were already included in the catalogue.

From what i've managed to work out the refs start R D/AP1 so I always do an advanced search inputting that ref in the catalogue finding number, searching on that alone gives 25921 results.
