I see the EoLFHS produced a publication of MI's from that church; maybe one day I'll buy it and see if there is an entry for him.

I've just found a report (on Google Books) of a chancery case from 1855-1856 by which part of Joseph's will was overturned. He had left money in trust for his daughters' children, not born when the will was proved, until they were 25 years old but that was declared void by reason of "remoteness".
