Default Help with reading part of a PCC will etc

I don't usually have too much difficulty with these, but I'm stuck and hope someone can fill in the blanks! Also, is what I have written correct?!

PCC will of Walter Stephens signed Sept 1814, proved 1816

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageview...09ea&pId=89201

Starting at the end of line 15 of the first page:

.................................................. ............................I give and
devise my moiety of the annuity of fifteen pounds secured to be paid
to my ??? brother George Stevens in ??? a certain ??? or obligation
??? date the twenty first day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seven under the hands and seals of
Honour Simmonds of Malmesbury in the county of Wilts widow
and John Lewis of the city of Bath druggist unto my wife Ann
Stephens for her life in case she shall so long continue me widow
??? and after her decease or second marriage which shall first happen
then .......

Maybe those missing words are not particularly important to the meaning, but I'm not entirely sure I understand the meaning either!

The date of the annuity thing is the day before this marriage:

Name: Honor Simmonds
Marriage Date: 22 Apr 1807
Parish: Malmesbury
Spouse: Walter Stephens
Spouse Residence: Hullavington

which must be significant.

I don't know who this other Walter is (Honor's husband), but the only likely death between 1807 and 1814 is this one:

Walter Stephens Burial 29 Jul 1810 Hullavington aged 78.

So, he is old enough to be the father of my Walter (the 1807 marriage doesn't give the condition of the bride or groom).

I haven't found anything further about Honor.

I think this is my Walter's baptism:

Walter Stephens, Baptism, 20 Apr 1760, Hullavington Dalter (Walter), Alice

Brother George bap 1764, same parents. Likely burial:

George Stevens abt 1764 bur 30 Jun 1839 Hullavington

My attempt (I think the confusing marks are &):

.................................................. ............................I give and
devise my moiety of the annuity of fifteen pounds secured to be paid
to me & my brother George Stevens in & by a certain bond or obligation
bearing date the twenty first day of April in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seven under the hands and seals of
Honour Simmonds of Malmesbury in the county of Wilts widow
and John Lewis of the city of Bath druggist unto my wife Ann
Stephens for her life in case she shall so long continue me widow
& from and after her decease or second marriage which shall first happen
then .......

Thanks Elizabeth.

I wish I could find a burial or remarriage for Honor to try and work out if she looks like a step-mother!

I wonder if it's worth trying to find John Lewis, druggist of Bath?!

Oooh, this might be him:

St James, Bath burials

John Lewis, abode Dispensary, bur 26 Apr 1815 aged 35.

He can't be my relative; way too easy to find!! Thought he's left a will for a moment, but that's a different John Lewis.

This looks like Honour Stevens:

Malmesbury Wilts

Bur 7 Dec 1835 aged 80 abode Malmesbury

So, she was just 5 years or so onder than her step-son (if her OH was Walter senr, which seems most likely).

Oh, but Player was another married name and to another older husband, his previous marriage being before she was born:

Robert Hucklins Player m 8 Jun 1776 to Honor Moody at Malmesbury

Honour Moody Baptism 29 Jan 1758 at Charlton, St John the Baptist, parents Thos and Alice.
