In 1841 and 1851 he is at Cuxton Road, Strood.
1861 at Upper Halling. Can't make out his exact address at the moment!
1871 at the same house in Halling, still can't work out the name of it.

The National Probate Calendar has this entry for 1872:
VANE Charles. Effects under £450.
The Will of Charles Vane late of Halling in the County of Kent Wood Dealer who died 12 October 1871 at Halling was proved at the Principal Registry by John Vane of 1 York-terrace Vine-street Lambeth in the County of Surrey Bootmaker and Thomas Vane of High-street Tonbridge in the County of Kent Grocer the Sons the Executors.

I think it's Warren House on the 61 & 71 census.

There's several trees on Ancestry that have Charles Vane & his descendants.

One i've just looked at has Charles' parents as Nicholas Vane & Martha Burrin

A couple have a several photos attached to them.
