Pretty sure I've now found Lilian's husband in 1921, also birth reg and with his parents in 1891 and 1901. I'll post the info if you need it.

not taking over the thread Merry - all very interesting to me - I know a lot of Mills family here in Garston - going the pub after about 12 noon - might see a Mills in there - would be interesting to see if anything crops up.
Cathy - can you ask your cousin does she still have relations in Garston please ??
