Surrey Land Tax 1780-1832 records on Ancestry

These are new records to me that I've just come across on Ancestry and I've found my favourite ancestor listed at premises in Clarence Street,Rotherhithe in 1814. The column listing the proprietor of the premises is blank alongside his name but, for the entry above it says "Himself", presumably meaning the man owns his own property. What is exercising me is this.....

Do you think it means that the same applies to my rellie (i.e. that he owned his own property) or does it mean the property was owned by the man listed above him? There are several such entries on the page and none of them have "ditto" written in that column. It will be a BIG surprise and mean I have to change my view of this man if he did own property. This is the image and my man is Hugh Daniels, about two thirds of the way down the left-hand page.

I think they have just not bothered to ditto the proprietors, so the proprietor for Hugh Daniels will be the "himself" above him, i.e. Thomas London.

Thanks Kite, that would be more in keeping with what I know about Hugh and his family...and the identical entries for him and Thomas London appear up until 1817-1818 after which time I know the Daniels moved across the river to Limehouse.
