Cornish parish register - deciphering help needed!
I can't read what it says in the burial of Christopher Ball on Familysearch's online image of Little Petherick's burial register:
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3....-JGR:470216291 page 5 entry 36 Sadly there seem to be a lot of Ball burials on the preceding and subsequent pages. I can't read the abode of Christopher & Ann's son John, on the following page either: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3....-JGR:470216291 Thanks for your help.

Taking the second one first, his abode looks to be Trevedras in the parish of Mawgan.

I haven't managed to work out what it says on the Christopher Ball burial entry yet, something to do with a Meeting held 10th April and paying money? but I wonder if it could be connected with the Visitation that is noted in the margin, and nothing to do with Christopher Ball at all? There is a line separating it from his entry.

Thank you KiteRunner. I think you're right and the entry isn't connected to Christopher. There's a lot of Ball burials in the registers - Christopher and his wife, their son and a grandson by their daughter, plus some other Balls who are probably related in some way.
