(I believe this is actually Mary Allison, I have two of their children's birth certs which give Allison as mothers maiden name, and Mary's mother's death cert has William Bannister as informant.)

1841/51 Hand loom weaver, 1861 Cotton warp dresser. Was also a reedmaker, which is what his son Henry said William was on his marriage cert of 1871, (William had died 1862), while he is a Dresser on his son Charles' marriage cert of 1859

Got the cert today, 10 Aug 1862 Hollin Hall Trawden of Gastro Enteritis Mucosa 12 days Asthenia & Coma Certified. Informant James Bannister (it doesn't say so but it's his brother and it's a scan of the original so it's his actual signature)
