I found George, by chance by googling, in the will of his father-in-law, so though I don't have his marriage I now know who he was married to!
George married Betty/Elizabeth Harris, probably about 1780-83, probably either in Bristol of that area. He and Betty had three children baptised at Bitton, Gloucestershire - George 1783 (with the link in the first post), Ann 1784 and William 1785. The three children and George all appear in the will of James Harris which was written in Nov 1798. Betty was already dec'd at this date. I thought I had George's baptism for about 30 seconds - the son of Robert and Ann bap at St George's Bristol in 1765, but moments after finding the baptism I discovered that George died as a baby. So, I still don't have my George's bap, marriage or burial, but do have a few time frames to help now.
