Could be. I can't find them on the 1851 census no matter how I try!

Hm another person who is doing tree has him as 31 August 1837 in dudley

Well, if that was him on the 1841 census he didn't die in 1837!

No I know they where under Stroyd and Stride and sometimes Street ;;
