FamilySearch gives the age as 52 on that burial, Elizabeth, so he would be born about 1752-3.

Thanks, Kate. I hadn't seen that. I got it off FMP, I think.
That means he and his wife were born approx. the same year, so it fits. Edit: I wish that all the different people who transcribed parish records would transcribe ALL the information in the register and not just some of it.
