Aha! I thought that the FamilySearch pilot site would treat Saunders and Sanders as close matches, but now I've realised it doesn't always, I've found these baptisms at St Peter Wolverhampton:
William Sanders 26 Dec 1820, parents James and Caroline
George Saunders 9 Jul 1823, parents James and Caroline

But then it gets a bit confusing looking for baptisms for the other children from the 1841 census entry - James jnr about 1829-30, Ann about 1833-4 and Catherine about 1835-6. There are two possible baptisms for James jnr, one with a mother Catherine and the other with a mother Maria, and a possible for Catherine in 1836 with mother Ann.

Then neither of those 1851 families quite fits with the 1841 family!

There is a Caroline Sanders burial at Wolverhampton 20 Feb 1825 but the pilot site doesn't give her age. I would think that's likely to be your Caroline, though.

So, looking back through this thread and the one about Caroline, we think this is James in 1851 perhaps with his third wife:

1851: 17 St James Sq, Wolverhampton, Staffs

James Saunders head m 57 carver and guilder journeyman b Dudley, Worcs
Sarah Saunders wife m 48 b Olbury, Staffs
James Saunders son unm 19 b Wolverhampton

Class: HO107; Piece: 2019; Folio: 349; Page: 27; GSU roll: 87422-87423.

His second wife was Ann Maria who he married in 1827 and she died in 1842. I don't think we found the marriage to Sarah yet, will have another look.
