ikey solomon fagin ?

Hiya...trying to help someone here in Liverpool find relatives of
Ikey Solomon Fagin...moved to Liverpool , so wasn`t born there....I cannot find anything about him on Freebmd /lan-opc ..they haven`t given any dates , so I`m a little blind at the moment..so it doesn`t look like he was born in England / Wales.....would it be possible for a little help please...going to look for him on census returns......allan
