It does look like they have set out their stall to ensure they get a return of $10 US regardless of what currency you pay with but haven't stated that publicly.

Buried deep within the T&C's.....'Ancestry will give you reasonable notice of any change in price or terms before they go into effect.' I was going to say what is deemed reasonable notice with monthly renewing subscriptions but I guess in a roundabout way they've given us notice already.

With all the health problems and just getting Uni Credit I can't afford the basic sub continuously let alone the extra of pro tools on top. I'll probably just have a month here and there when I can but what matches I get and how cooperative they are will be a determining factor in that decision.

Also if you are trying to edit the displayed relationship with a DNA match and the selection list doesn't show the correct one, try doing that on the Trees tab instead of the Shared Matches tab.

As Ancestry have just added Cheshire parish registers etc to their site, I want to go through my tree linking Cheshire baptisms, marriages, and burials to the relevant people. When I have done this for other counties in the past, I have had to search my Family Tree Maker tree on my own computer for the county name, but now I can use ProTools to search my tree on Ancestry for everyone baptised in Cheshire etc.
