Just as a heads up for anyone like me who has been sitting on a number of voucher credits and just adding £5 within 6 months of an expiry to resurrect all credit, they've removed this option as of the new website in early December but didn't actually email out to say the T&Cs were changing. I only received an email advising of the changes after I'd raised it with them. They only left me with £10 credit which was 2x£5 purchased last year 6 months apart.
In fairness they have added the balance as bonus credits after I emailed about it, but they have only given me 7-8 weeks to use up all the credits including those purchased under a year ago (as they've deducted from the normal balance before the bonus balance which is the opposite to previously). I've almost used up my balance but going forward I will look at a subscription option. The only reason I hadn't is the credit balance which has been accumulated using BOGOF and other freebies over a number of years.
