I wonder what years it covers? My knowledge of franchise history is sparse and I'm not sure whether my paupers would have qualified!!
I'm getting very impatient for the London Schools records......

They're not being advertised on ancestry's front page now, as far as I can see, so maybe they were jumping the gun with them this morning? Hope it's not too long till they're released though.

Wow! I've just found my G grandfather in 1893 living as a lodger in 2 rooms, 1st floor unfurnished, in my GG grandfather's house (his father), paying 5 shillings a week rent!
I just put in his name and it came up in a list of 'Parliamentary Electors Only (Lodgers)'. Off to find some more of my names.
