My "adoptive great-grandfather, Thomas Wolstencroft Rathbone, with his wife, Elizabeth -at least one of his wives, Elizabeth, as he had two.

I'm afraid I don't know the date.

This is my mother's paternal grandmother, Mary Louisa Buck, nee Clark. Mary was born into a Quaker family in 1860 at Neithrop near Banbury, Oxfordshire. She worked as a governess of the children of the headmaster of Sidcot (Quaker) School in Somerset where she met her future husband, Henry Robert Clark, who she married in 1884. Mary died in 1928 at Winscombe in Somerset. I think this photograph was taken just before her marriage in 1884.

My 2x great grandfather William James Crisp 1831-1894, Leather Factor, photo taken in Margate in the 1880s, though at that time he lived in Sevenoaks, and later in Brockley.
