A Thomas Row was a witness at Ann and William's marriage.
I've found these two burials on FMP that might be connected to Ann, maybe her parents? Thomas Row buried 11/7/1824 aged 77 St Bartolomew, Welby, Lincolnshire Sarah Roe buried 23/1/1815 aged 72 St Bartolomew, Welby, Lincolnshire

FamilySearch has a baptism for an Anne Rowe 30 Nov 1777 at East Allington, Lincolnshire, parents Thomas and Sarah, but East Allington doesn't seem to be particularly near to Welby. They also had a Richard baptised 27 Dec 1772 at East Allington, so we could see if we can find out whether he moved to Welby.

Thanks Kate, I looked on familysearch but didn't seem to have much luck, most of the results I got were Rowson or Rowell for some reason.
I presume this is the marriage for that Thomas and Sarah ... Thomas Rowe, mason and Sarah Barron, spinster, both of the parish, married by licence at East Allington 4th Sept 1771. Signed Thomas Row, mark of Sarah Barron, witnesses John Hoyes and Richard Robinson. Also noticed a Richard Rowe was a witness to another marriage on the same page. Need to do somemore digging and see if I can link this couple to my Ann Row.

I've updated this to add the parents of Ann.
East Allington and Welby are about 10 miles apart. Thomas Rowe of Welby advertised in for the Stamford Mercury 24/6/1808 for two journeymen stone masons and bricklayers. Richard Rowe married at Billingborough in 1795 and is listed as being from the parish of Welby. Thomas Rowe the witness to Ann & William Gash's marriage must be her father. I've been able to add some 6 and 7 x great grandparents to my tree which is something I haven't done for a long time.
