I have compared Hannah's signatures for the two marriages and she signs Hannah almost identically in both.

Please could you change the title to Hannah Liles? Thanks.

Ancestry says there is a Hannah Lyles baptism 21 Jul 1765 at St George in the East, daughter of Thomas and Sarah, but the surname is mistranscribed and it is actually Eyles, so no use to us. I have put in a correction.

Kiterunner, the marriage you found was correct.

I started looking at Liles for probate this morning and look what I found:

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageview...444?pId=677876
will of Sarah Liles

She was resident at Plummer Row, Whitechapel, where the Blackshaws lived.
I assume that Sarah Liles (spinster) and Hannah were sisters. I can't find any baptisms at present.

Sarah leaves legacies to Sarah Ann Harris (mn Blackshaw) and her nephews Aaron, John and William Blackshaw.
Sarah's will also mentions Emma Bull of Broomfield Essex, widow, nephew Joseph Liles, nephews John and William Morton, and friend James Bull. Also her age at death on the GRO index was 73, so she was born about 1772. We might be able to figure it out from this info.

There is a John Morton / Ann Liles marriage 1797 in Bethnal Green.

Possible baptism for the nephew Joseph Liles in 1805, son of Joseph and Fanny. Joseph Liles married Fanny Mills 28 May 1804 Shoreditch.

There is a public tree on Ancestry which links to this 1841 census entry as being the same Sarah Liles, and since there is a Bull in the household I should think it is probably her:

Not born in Essex.

The same tree also links to this Joseph Liles on the 1841 census, age 68, born in Middlesex:

Thanks, Kiterunner.

I have been mopping up people mentioned in the will and found the Ann Liles/John Morton marriage. I also found Joseph and his wife plus son.

I have bought the digital image of Sarah Lile's death. The informant was James Bull of Coleman Street. As you mention, in 1841 Sarah is in a household with Sarah Bull, aged 33.
