If she was born in 1789 and baptised in 1796 and the parents are George Needs and Jane Goard who got married in 1793 then George could be her stepfather rather than her biological father.
If Charles Needs is 25 on the 1841 census that means age 25 - 29 so he could have been born in 1811 so could be her brother (or half-brother if her father had a second wife). |
