George Barton (nephew) Charles Barton (nephew) and Henry Hawthorn Wingfield (son-in-law) exectuors. Will specified the estate was to be divided among his five sons, four daughters and one grand-daughter as follows: George Collis (one of 14 parts), Henry Gilbert Collis (two of 14 parts), John Collis (two of 14 parts) Thomas Collis (two of 14 parts), Charles Collis (one of 14 parts) Milly (Reynolds) one fourteenth, Elizabeth (Townsend) one 14th, Eleanor (Townsend) one 14th, Mary (Wingfield) (one 14th) and grand-daughter Elizabeth Townsend (later Lewis) one 14h part. Henry Gilbert, Thomas, Charles and John Collis all died unmarried, having lived at Whistley Mill untill their deaths, where Henry Hawthorn Wingfield and his wife Mary ran the property as a farm. Thomas Sen also left his property in Sherfield to his son Richard and his property in Winchester to his son James. This is where the family became divided up.
