Thanks for the help, a pity about the 1861 in Brighton, that should have caught them.
I wonder if Harriet and Kate MACKIE are the same person, or maybe sisters with relationships with 2 brothers. There does not appear to be any sign of them anywhere.

There is a Catherine Mackie death in London City district Jul-Sep 1871, age 49, but I can't find her on the 1871 census. (Possible for Kate Mackie)
