There is a John, son of William and Mary Bone, baptised 5 Oct 1800 at Bere Ferrers (the parish which included Bere Alston.) Also a John, son of Thomas and Elizabeth Bone, baptised 16 Jun 1805, maybe a bit too young to be yours.
What were the names of John and Susan's children, as these are often clues to the grandparents' names?

Elizabeth, daughter of William and Sarah Newcombe, baptised 8 Jul 1803 at Plymouth St Andrew. I'm wondering whether she could be Susan's sister, and the marriage witness?

Is there a baptism for Susan?
Children for the couple included, Mary Ann, John, William, Thomas, Samuel & Charles. Sounds like they could match. |
