Default Struggling with a document in Latin

I'm looking at the sentence of John Stace (1600), but sadly the two years of Latin I did at school 50 years ago aren't up to the job, and what I'm getting out of Google translate doesn't make much sense. Can some kind soul give me the gist of what it says? I don't need a complete translation unless you're very keen!

The main characters are John Stace of Hollenden, Leigh, Kent (died 1591), his widow Mildred Stace als Martin, who married Mr Martin in 1597, and John's son George Stace. The clerk must have let his attention wander, because it lapses into English for a few lines in the middle.

The sentence is here:

In case it helps, John's Will (1591) which it relates to is here:

Any help with the sentence would be welcome!
