I'm afraid you're asking impossible questions. Nobody can answer them.
If you haven't done a DNA test you don't even know what percentage of European/indio ancestry you have, and in any case, even the ethnicity estimates of the major DNA testing sites are only a very rough guide: the science is still in its infancy.
