Default Another McCrery to sort out!

I haven't forgotten about the David McCrery thread, but I've just found another McCrery that may or may not be connected to my lot, but there are some gaps I can't bridge...

First I found this:

1881 Census Flitwick, Bedfordshire
Sophie Mc Creery serv unm 69 domestic servant b Northill, Bedfordshire

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageview...urn&pId=141901

However, in 1871 she is a widow and living with her widowed sister....

1871 Census Westoning, Bedfordshire
Sophia Maclarey sister widow 60 rent of cottages independent b Northill, Bedfordshire

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageview...1b&pId=7837257

I've not yet found Sophia in 1861, but in 1851 she is a widow with one daughter in Norton Folgate, Middlesex:

Sophia M'Creery head widow 43 sempstress b Beds Northill

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageview...urn&pId=339009

This is her daughter:

MCCRURY, ANN SOPHIA PRESTON
GRO Reference: 1842 M Quarter in THE WHITECHAPEL UNION Volume 02 Page 547 (died 1859 Q1 Whitechapel)

and this is her marriage:

...in Aug 1841 to Robert McCreery office clerk, son of William McCreery schoolmaster.

As well as dau Ann Sophia, there's also:

MCCREERY, PHOEBE SARAH PRESTON
GRO Reference: 1843 J Quarter in SAINT LUKE MIDDLESEX Volume 02 Page 263 (died 1847 Q1 Shoreditch)

No baptisms for either dau as far as I could see.

So.... Robert should have died 1842-1851 but I can't find anything. Also 1841 census?? (I've not yet looked for 6 John St Islington,3 from the marriage PR, Aug '41)

It looks as if there's no surviving issue for this couple so really it's now just Robert I'm interested in (Sophia remarried in 1881 to John Wilson and died in 1884).

Of course Robert may be nothing to do with me, it's just that having a wife from Bedfordshire seems significant (Northill is 7 miles from Kempston were some of my McCrerys lived), plus no baps for children and dying young without surviving issue matches most of my other McCrerys! Robert's father, William, could potentially be the brother of David on the other thread, b abt 1762, probably in Kempston, Beds.
