Sarah, Just a thought - lots of people find it very helpful to write down what they are feeling - a journal or diary as such. There is no right or wrong about what you write - just how you feel. Feelings that your Dad might normally talk about to your Mum, he can write down. Sad things, Glad things, Mad things, Angry Things, Anything.
