It could be that it is the right burial but her age is wrong, of course.
Have you seen the PR marriage entry? If so, are there any details from that, such as her being a minor or not, witnesses' names, parish of residence?
Edit - oh wait, you said the burial is Sarah Poles, but shouldn't we be looking for a burial of a Sarah Burgan?
