Thomas Tupper (FFFMFF)

I am not entirely sure about this, but after 12 years of research, I have no other likely prospects - without the parents names in the baptism register for TOGG3 Charles Tupper, I cannot PROVE that Thomas is his father (as stated on Charles death certificate), but I have eliminated all other Thomas Tuppers.

Name - "official" name and what they were known as
Thomas Tupper

Date and place of birth
19 May 1757, Graffham, West Sussex

Names of parents
William Tupper and his wife Mary (nee Boxall)

Date and place of baptism - if applicable
10 Jun 1757, St Giles, Graffham Sussex

Details of each of his or her marriages - if any
married Ann Pote/Poat, 22 Oct 1789, St Giles Graffham Sussex

I did not post Ann Pote/Poat, lack of information other than a name on the marriage register./

It makes me so cross, the parish register from 1767 records Thomas' Birthdate as well as his baptism but in 1807 the recorder could not even note the parents of Thomas, Charlotte and Charles, all baptised on 1 Mar 1807 !!!!

Children: James 1791, William 1792, Sarah 1794, Hannah 1705, Ann 1798, Mary 1800, Charles about 1804 (bapt 1807) Charlotte bef 1807, Thomas bef 1807, Emily 1809 (bapt 1817).

I have traced all of these children in the census/IGI, except Mary, Charlotte and Thomas.

Eight years later.
I have a few DNA matches which seem to bear out the deduction that Charles Tupper's parents were Thomas Tupper and Ann Poat of Graffham Sussex.
So this entry is correct.
