There's a possible marriage 22 Mar 1819 at St Nicholas, Newchurch in Rossendale, John Pickup of Bacup and Betty Lord of Sooclough, but there are so many couples with similar names.

Is this the right family in 1841? At Water Barn, Newchurch, Whalley district, Lancashire:
John Pickup 41 Cotton Warper(?) Y
Betty Do 42 Y
Mary Do 11 Y
James Do 9 Y
Richd Do 86 Wool Weaver Y

Thanks for looking, the Pickup/Lord marriage is one of the many possibles, and the 1841 is one I've been tempted by, haven't "claimed" it yet because I can't find a satisfactory family with a daughter Mary in 1851 as other siblings don't seem to fit.
