Presumably she married George Stevenson? Her birthplace is Checkley on all the censuses, not Cheadle. And there is a likely death for Sarah Stevenson Oct-Dec 1889 Uttoxeter (the district for Croxden) age 73. There are a few possible baptisms for her at Checkley.

Yes she did marry George Stevenson, daughter Prudence is oh`s ancester, who i would have followed back though the census to 1851, where Sarah is born Cheadle, will try looking at the checkley baptisms now.

I had seen that death, but with the age being out and not being sure of Staffordshires areas, i wasn`t sure, but looking back through the last couple of census, it seems the most likely.

Thank you for looking Kite

Kite, Ancestry says Cheadle, but says Checkley on the image, i guess the transcriber got mixed up with the family above Millicent Stevenson was born in Cheadle,

*must remember to completly check image in future*
