There is a Francis Rodgers burial 2 Feb 1731/2 in the Archdeacon's Transcripts for Norwich City Parishes:

There is no extra information to tell whether it's the same person or not though. The parish seems to be St Michael at Thorn (judging by the signature at the bottom, Stephen Norris) but FMP has it as St Michael Coslany.
