Ancestry inconsistency
 

I have a premium subscription and I have no understanding of what I am allowed to access but there seems to be no consistency.

I have been looking at Australian records for a few days and adding them to my online tree with no problem but today it wont let me access what I know I can access for free elsewhere (ie NSW BDM records) and I have partial access to the Anglican records. It is very odd and more than a little annoying, given they are mostly green leaf hints.

It wont let me look at all the records I've added to my tree even though I only started the tree after the subscription started.

I wish I knew what had happened so I could undo it.

I am enjoying the Scotland Select births and baptisms that I am allowed to see - showing people who are born in Perth Western Australia. :d:d

Is it a UK premium sub, Toni?

Yes, I think so anyway. It must be as I can get UK records.
