GRO certificate - problem downloading
 

I ordered a PDF of a death certificate and it is available now.
However, when I try to download it by clicking on the View PDF button, it firstly says "Paused" and then "Couldn't download - Network issue".

I don't have any problem with my internet connection and have downloaded other files today.

I'll try again in the morning but it's very frustrating. Any suggestions welcome.

It sounds as if it might be at their end.

Try again later? If that fails, there will be a customer service number or e mail somewhere.

I tried again today and it worked, so there must have been some sort of glitch yesterday.
