Ooh, I've found a likely burial on FamilySearch - Thomas Vowles buried 11 Jul 1830 Bedminster St John, age 38. So he would be born about 1792.

edit - I've looked at the image of the BT version of the above entry and the age is actually 3 & 3/4, so not him.
