Date, place and cause of death

I believe I have the correct death cert but her husbands name is listed as John not Thomas. The informant is Mary Brown daughter of Stratton Green, with who Jane was living in 1891. The age at death is given as 83 when it should possibly be nearer 79/80. I cannot find another death to fit.
