William & Mary had two daughters, Mary Ann b. 1827 and Honor Brewer b 1831, both baptised St Ervan. William's occupation in the baptism registers is "shoemaker". William's first wife died in 1831 and their daughters were brought up by Mary's sister Nancy Brewer. Burial 13 Jan 1880, St. Ervan 14 May 1880, Personal Estate under £200 "The Will of William Pope, late of the parish of St. Ervan in Cornwall, Shopkeeper, who died 10 Jan 1880, at St. Ervan, was proved at Bodmin by Mary Pope of St. Ervan, relict, the sole executrix".
