maybe from Poland/somewhere that way

Do you know roughly when they would have arrived? There aren't an awful lot of incoming records on Ancestry, at least not before 1878.

Moishe/Moshe is the Hebrew form of Moses, I think.

No that's all that's coming up. I suppose they could have come from Poland and just boarded the ship at Hamburg

In view of the dates, that TNA entry probably relates to this person:

LIST of ALIENS to whom Certificates of Naturalisation have been granted by the Secretary of State, and whose Oaths of Allegiance have been registered in the Home Office during the month of February, 1949.
The date shown in each case is the date on which the Oath of Allegiance was taken.
