My opinion:
Witness 1 first name - Jos M (first thought his surname was Mc something but if it is Buck, then the M is his middle initial!)
Witness 2 surname - Scott.

Who thinks the other one could possibly be Joseph Wellington Buck? (Jos W?)

Henry Buck's address was given as Crown Street when he married and in the 1851 census at 34 Crown Street, Liverpool is a James Buck, Head, 41, Baptist minister, b. Weymouth with his family plus Richard H Buck, father, widower, 76, b. Weymouth and a Joseph W Buck, U, 36, brother, Merchantile Clerk, b. Weymouth.
