didnt actually name anyone as an genuine or ungenuine person as you can quite clearly see but for the 2nd time if it caused offence despite the fact at no pint did i name any one then sorry once again.it was merryy i was responding to for the comment i mentioned sorry!!

The point is that none of the members are not genuine and it is an insult to infer that.

So have you examined the 1911 census to eliminate any other Lawrences or Lawrances listed as Edward (the FreeBMD entry I posted was Edward James, not James Edward)? Have you checked the death indexes to check he didn't die? That's what I would do first, before saying it might be the right entry.

What are you posting from then if your computer is broken? Very confusing.

The instruction on how to use FreeBMD are on that website. It's extremely simple.
