My Ancestry subscription expires on 22nd May and I have been told my next annual subscription will cost £119.99 for Premium.
In the past I have let my membership lapse and then renew at the 50% discount rate. It is interesting that they don't actually offer an annual Premium subscription generally but for renewal they apparently do. Are there any advantageous offers available or shall I just automatically renew?

Elizabeth, I just realised that you said your sub expires on 22nd May, so if you wanted to take up the above offer, you would need to phone them. (The small print does say it excludes current subscribers but I think you would be able to get them to end your current sub early so you could take up the new one.)

I might do the 6-month UK subscription. It seems good value. Right, I've signed up. It starts on 22nd May when my old subscription expires.
