Wilkinson baptisms at Otley on FamilySearch:
Betty 22 May 1796, father John
Mary born 6 Nov 1798, baptised 2 Dec 1798, parents John and Mary
John born 10 Feb 1805, baptised 16 Jun 1805, father John

Can't see Sarah's baptism on there. There seem to be a few John Wilkinsons in Otley at the same time as yours.

Thanks, KIte. I have some of the baptisms because I have booklets of Otley baptisms from Wharfdale? local history society.

I hadn't got Mary, though.

I'll have a look later. I've done my back in and at the moment I can't get up to get the booklets off the top shelf!

I have found that John Wilkinson left a will, so I have added the details.

I received the will today and have transcribed it. No surprises in it - he mentions his wife Mary, his son John and daughters Sarah and Elizabeth, but not Elizabeth's surname or children. He made his will on the date of his death, according to the will itself. It must have been rather a rushed job. There are quite a few insertions.
