The Barbara Ann who married Josiah Wedge was a spinster.

The 1861 Census indicates that Barbara was born in Lambeth, Surrey c. 1808.

The whole family was given as having been born in Wandsworth, Surrey in 1851.
According to this, Barbara was born c. 1810. http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin...iv=1&ml_rpos=2 |

This is the Fairbank family in 1841 but their names have been mangled by ancestry:
http://interactive.ancestry.co.uk/89...l=ReturnRecord (starts right at the bottom of the second page) Whisky Place, Lambeth Rich Fairbank 40 Baker Y Barbara Do 30 Y Barbara Do 9 Y Sarah Do 6 Y Rcd Do 4 Y James Do 2 Y |

The first entry is, I think a banns book, with marginal notes if the marriage took place, so there is presumably just the one marriage, and Josiah Wedge comforted himself elsewhere.

I found baptisms for two of those Willmore children from the 1851 census giving their father's name as Benjamin Francis, so this is his marriage:
http://interactive.ancestry.co.uk/16...nSearchResults 26 Jun 1842 St Mary Lambeth Benjamin Francis Willmore, full age, bachelor, Gas Lighter, Brooks' Court, father William Willmore, Shoe Maker Elizabeth How, full age, spinster, Carlisle Street, father John How, gardener Witnesses Edward Barnet(?) and Barbara Ann Fairbank. So Benjamin is very likely to be Barbara's brother in which case her father would be William Willmore, shoe maker, too. |

The surname is definitely Willmore, not Hillmore. Also see my post #9 above.
