Default Thank you FMP

I have found my Gr Grandfather, Isaac Fenton, in 1911. His wife was where should she had been, at home in DBY Beighton but he was missing. Actually he was about four miles away visiting a son, Charles, who was a Beer House Keeper at Wales Bar just over the border in Yorkshire.

There were two boarders in the same house - Jack Smith, a pugilist aged 26 of Mile End Road London, and John Goodwin aged 31 of Bethanl Green London, a Trainer of Pugilists

I wonder what had brought them to this part of the country.
