Kate I got the undermentioned info

London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921
Charles Burgess
Spouse: Ann Brown
9 Aug 1813
Parish: St Marylebone
Borough: Westminster

Charles was a bachelor and Ann a spinster, no indication either was a minor.

Witnesses:
W Gray, William Robinson and (looks like) Ellen Pink/Jink.

Servant in 1835, Middlesex

from a place in Glos when my daughter and I visited there in 1991. We saw documents, probably from a book. I can't recall the name of the actual building, but it was obviously a research centre (I can still vaguely remember what the place looked like)

I recall seeing two of the children's births when I was in Glos, the third one Charles Jnr, I already had the details.

Not sure why I put their date of marriage as 12 July as it clearly shows in my records as 9 Aug 1813 (same as you)

The Robert Burgess who married Anna sounds good tho I could not see the 1841 Census. Would I assume the parents Charles & Ann were deceased by 1841?
