Default TNA question

I've found 4 documents on the TNA where OH's 6g grandfather's aunt takes a minor of OH's 6g grandfather name to court. I'm not sure if it actually is his 6g grandfather as I suspect that the name will be repeated in any male line but I am hoping that it has something to do with an inheritance and that wills of possibly both OH's 8g grandfathers will be among the paperwork.

On the TNA website it will cost me 8.40 pounds per item for the TNA staff to locate the items and see if they are able to be copied, then there will be costs involved in the copying.

My question is would that fee apply if I was able to go to the TNA and ordered the documents to view myself?

Also what are the TNA's policies about taking photos of documents?
